Student injured in Woodrow Wilson High School altercation, expected to recover fully
DALLAS – A student sustained minor injuries during an on-campus altercation with another student Wednesday at Woodrow Wilson High School.
The injured student sustained "superficial cuts," according to Dallas ISD.
"As a precaution, the student is being checked out at a local hospital," the school district said in an email. "They are expected to make a full recovery."
