Smaller Storm Chances for Father's Day
A nice rain on Saturday afternoon and evening brought impressive rainfall amounts from the western edge of Henderson County north across Hunt and eastern Fannin counties. An Urban and Small Stream Advisory was issued by the National Weather Service across the evening, Greenville reported over an 1" of rain:

The south wind and afternoon sun will get highs in the mid-90's with the humid conditions continuing.
We are counting down the days to the Summer Solstice (Friday). There are some rain chances for the work week ahead. A weak frontal boundary should make it down to north Texas late Monday. We'll put storms in the forecast Monday night. The front stalls out overhead and fires up strong storms on Tuesday (there is a chance of severe weather).
