DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - Dallas Police say Michael Chapa, 35, has been arrested for sexually assaulting a woman he met on October 17 outside of a nightclub, located in the 10300 block of Technology Blvd.

The victim told police Chapa approached her outside of the club and introduced himself using fake name. He convinced her to get into his car after they agreed to go eat breakfast at a nearby restaurant. But, according to police, he did not stop at the restaurant. Instead, he took her to his house where she says he sexually assaulted her.

Police were able to identify Chapa's real name after talking to the victim and arrested him at his home. Chapa is currently released on $25,000 bond.
