Motorcyclist Dies After Losing Control, Hitting Pole

ARLINGTON (CBSDFW.COM) - A motorcyclist was killed when he attempted to pass another car in the 4600 block of W. Sublett Road, lost control and struck a curb.

The motorcyclist was ejected and struck a pole near the roadway.

Investigators with the Arlington Police Department said speed may have been a factor in the crash.

The Tarrant County Medical Examiner's Office will release the identity of the deceased once next of kin notifications are made.
