FWFD: Fort Worth Man Cutting Down Tree Dies In Accident
FORT WORTH (CBSDFW.COM) – A 20-year-old man attempting to cut down a tree was killed when the tree fell down upon him Wednesday evening, Fort Worth Department officials said.
Emergency responders were called to a house in the 1500 block of Parsons Lane at about 7 p.m.. Upon their arrival, MedStar officials found the victim dead at the scene, Fort Worth Fire Department spokesman Capt. T.L. Crow said.
Witnesses said the man was the homeowner's friend and was helping several other men cut the tree down.
The victim has not been identified.
