DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - A man arrested on an unrelated charge was later charged with capital murder after a police interview Friday.

Terry Lynn Hodges, 30 is now in jail with bail set at $500,000.00.

On Wednesday shortly after 4:00 a.m. two men, Avery Jones, 22 and Btrandon Dixson, 27 were found shot to death at 8081 Marvin D. Love Freeway.

As a result of the investigation, it was determined that Hodges drove Dixson to the location and provided a weapon to be used in the shooting.
