Know Any Of These Sex Offenders? (Photos)
The DPS has launched a Texas Top 10 Sex Offender list---and it includes three fugitives with ties to the Metroplex. They include 67-year-old David Baxley of Rowlett, 66-year-old Robert Davis III of Irving and 66-year-old Jose Lopez of Grand Prairie. The DPS says anyone with information leading to an arrest could be eligible for a $1,000 reward.
