DALLAS, Texas (CBSDFW.COM) - A Hutchins man faces up to 30-years in federal prison after pleading guilty to three charges for the production of child pornography.
24-year old Servando Vega Cervantes was caught trying to entice young teens into taking part in the production.
A mother of one of the children became suspicious when she saw some of Cervantes' postings on Facebook. At the time Cervantes was posing as a teenage girl, luring underage boys to engage in sexually explicit conduct.
Cervantes faces a statutory penalty of not less than 15 years and not more than 30 years in federal prison, for each count. Each count also carries up to a $250,000 fine and up to a lifetime of supervised release.
Cervantes admitted he had sexual contact with other minors. Anyone who may have been victimized by Cervantes is asked to contact the Dallas FBI at 972-559-5000.
Cervantes is scheduled to be sentenced on May 28, 2015.
