Garland Pre-Teens Charged with Murder

A 12 year old Garland girl and her 13 year old boyfriend are charged with murdering the girls mother ... and shooting her husband...The young teens were picked up just down the street from the couple's home shortly after the shooting yestderday afternoon. ONe of the victims.. 48 year old Alan Nevil was found on a neighbors lawn suffereing from gunshot wounds.  His wife was found dead inside their home...She too had apparantly been shot. Joe Harn with Garland Police says he never saw suspects so young...and that they'll be charged as juveniles.
Nevil is in stable condition recovering from surgey at Baylor HOspital in Dallas. The kids have been transported to Dallas County Juvenile Detention Center.
