A little bit about the Redskins this rainy morning in DFW as the Cowboys will certainly have to altar their schedule because of the swamp conditions. Still waiting on official word.

We talked a lot this training camp about the Cowboys inability to run, averaging 2.8 yards per carry.  The Redskins were the same. They picked up 2.9 per attempt in the preseason and Clinton Portis only carried the ball 9 times.  Both teams don't believe it was a sign of what is to come and the Redskins Brian Orakpo says he expects a steady dose of Barber, Felix, and Tashard.
The Redskins are also reportedly talking to the Titans about trading Albert Haynesworth back to his old team, but the Titans are reportedly balking at the price tag of two draft picks.

One "feel good" story on the Redskins....Carrolton's own Anthony Armstrong has made the team and is expected to see plenty of playing time at wide receiver.  He was on the Dallas Desperados Arena League roster in 2007-2008.

Finally, don't forget Donovan McNabb still has an ankle problem.  He will not be 100% in the game.
