Arlington Police Department Chief Gives Officer Day Off

ARLINGTON (1080 KRLD) -- The police chief in Arlington is giving a special Christmas gift to one of his officers -- the day off.
For the third year in a row, Chief Will Johnson held a patrol holiday contest. This year's challenge was to create a video expressing why he or she wears the badge.
This year's winner is Officer Tonia Crutcher. For her prize, Chief Johnson will work her entire Christmas Day shift, from 3-11 p.m.
