FORT WORTH (CBSDFW.COM) – An arrest affidavit obtained by CBS11 is providing more insight into why Tiffany Heath was arrested in connection to a double murder that her husband, Cary Heath is accused of.

Daniel Haros and Philip Evans were found shot to death on the 900 block of Buffalo Spring Drive in Fort Worth on Sunday October 23.

Tiffany Heath is charged with tampering with evidence.

The affidavit said the morning after the shooting, Cary Heath told his wife he was responsible for the two murders.

It also said she did what her husband asked her to do.

She cleaned blood from a gun safe and hid a rifle magazine under the bed in the master bedroom, according to the arrest affidavit.

The affidavit said Heath intentionally attempted to destroy and conceal evidence of the murders.

Tiffany Heath bonded out of jail early Friday morning.

Cary Heath remains in custody charged with capital murder.
