One arrested for deadly shooting in Temecula

LADWP officials say that power was fully restored to both neighborhoods at around 7:15 p.m., more than six hours after the service was disrupted.
Police say that two of the cars fled the scene while the third remained to try and help the victim.

The crash happened near the intersection of Fallbrook Avenue and Victory Boulevard at around 6:40 p.m. on Nov. 24, according to LAPD detectives.
The woman was found at around 8:20 p.m. on New Year's Eve, when officers were dispatched to make a welfare check on the 33-year-old.
