Republicans are celebrating over special counsel Robert Mueller’s reported finding that there was no collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia. Mueller did not decide whether the president obstructed justice after providing evidence on both sides. President Trump was briefed on the report and calls it a "total exoneration." John Podesta served as Hillary Clinton's campaign chairman in 2016 and was interviewed by special counsel Robert Mueller's investigators. Podesta's private emails were stolen by Russian-backed hackers and made public during the campaign.
