House Judiciary Committee postpones vote on articles of impeachment

The House Judiciary Committee ended the debate on the articles of impeachment and postponed the vote until Friday morning. Republican Ranking Member Doug Collins slammed Chairman Jerry Nadler's decision to postpone, saying "words cannot describe how inappropriate this was." Trump: Democrats are "trivializing impeachment"

After the House Judiciary Committee voted along party lines to advance two articles of impeachment against President Trump on Friday, he declared Democrats were making fools of themselves and "trivializing impeachment." He warned that someday there will be a Democratic president and a GOP House, and "they'll remember it." Mr. Trump, whose remarks came during a meeting with the president of Paraguay, also touted the phase-one China trade deal finalized Friday, predicting that it "will lead to the opening of China."
