The growing border battle in Congress is threatening to upend a bipartisan deal to overhaul immigration policies. President Biden has urged Congress to pass the deal, which he said would include tough reforms to secure the border, but House Speaker Mike Johnson warns it is likely dead on arrival. Analyzing Haley's chances in GOP primary

Nikki Haley has vowed to stay in the race for the GOP presidential nomination, despite losing to Donald Trump in Iowa and New Hampshire and polling behind the former president in South Carolina by double digits. Republican strategist Leslie Sanchez and Democratic strategist Joel Payne joined CBS News to discuss Haley's campaign as well as President Biden's reelection bid, third-party candidates and the situation at the southern border.

Trump addresses New Hampshire supporters

During his election night party Tuesday, former President Donald Trump, who CBS News projects will win the New Hampshire primary, criticized his opponent, former United Nations Ambassador Nikki Haley, after she spoke to her supporters Tuesday touting her trajectory in New Hampshire, and vowing to continue campaigning in South Carolina.
