Fallout from special counsel report continues

The controversial report from Republican special counsel Robert Hur has sparked new debate about President Biden's age and his decision to seek reelection. In his report, Hur recommended no criminal prosecution regarding President Biden's retention of classified documents, but he did refer to the president's memory at least nine times, describing him as a "well meaning, elderly man with a poor memory." Special counsel says Biden shows poor memory

A special counsel report on President Biden's handling of classified documents found the president "willfully retained and disclosed classified materials after his vice presidency when he was a private citizen," but said no criminal charges were warranted. The report was also critical of Mr. Biden's memory, something he took issue with in a Thursday night press conference. CBS News senior investigative correspondent Catherine Herridge has more.
