South Carolina official switches endorsement

Dalhi Myers, a South Carolina elected official who endorsed Joe Biden last month, is now backing Senator Bernie Sanders in the state's first-in-the-South presidential primary. The vice chair for Richland County's 10th district, tells the Associated Press she now feels the former vice president is "a compromise choice." Bernie Sanders and Joe Biden are the current frontrunners in Iowa, according to recent polls, with Amy Klobuchar, Elizabeth Warren and Pete Buttigieg trailing closely behind. To find out what voters want from the Democratic candidates, "Pod Save America" co-host Jon Favreau went across the country looking for answers through a series of focus groups with voters. They're highlighted in the second season of "The Wilderness," his other podcast.
