2 Arrested In Murder Of Woman Found Dead In Concord Home
CONCORD (CBS SF) - Two suspects were arrested Thursday in connection with the murder of a 21-year-old woman found in a vacant Concord home this week, police said.
Shelby Barnes was found dead inside a home in the 2900 block of Glenside Court on Tuesday during a police security check on the vacant property, police said.
The death was believed to be a homicide and officers have since arrested 23-year-old Concord resident Donald Waldecker and 20-year-old Randi Dees, of Richmond, in connection with Barnes' death, according to police.
Waldecker and Dees were found Thursday afternoon in Richmond. Richmond police assisted in taking both suspects into custody. They were arrested without incident, police said.
The two were booked on murder and associated charges, police said.
