SWAT responds to Pittsburgh's Troy Hill neighborhood

Pittsburgh police are looking for a man who they said barricaded himself inside a home in the Troy Hill neighborhood on Wednesday, prompting a SWAT standoff. KDKA-TV's Mamie Bah reports.
