St. Agnes Church in West Mifflin honors Samantha Kalkbrenner

Samantha Kalkbrenner is the Serra Catholic student who died in a crash last year and St. Agnes Church held a fish fry in her memory. First Alert Meteorologist was there and spoke with those donating their time and effort.
