Redevelopment plans being put in place for Ligonier Beach

Years after it was closed due to flooding, Ligonier Beach has become a vacant eye sore, but now it will be getting redeveloped, but this time there won't be a pool. KDKA's Chris DeRose has more on the impending plans.
