Pittsburgh-area leaders and teachers discuss phones in schools at roundtable

As kids go back to school, districts across our region are grappling with how to deal with kids having cell phones at school. Congressman Chris Deluzio, who represents part of Allegheny County, held a roundtable discussion on the issue of phones in schools.
