Pittsburgh-area Kia drivers say they've been denied warranty coverage over receipts

A Pittsburgh couple says Kia denied their engine warranty over oil change receipts. After KDKA Investigates stepped in, Kia reversed course, agreeing to replace the engine. But after our report, viewers flooded us with complaints, saying their Kias are breaking down too. KDKA-TV talked with many of those viewers and asked them what they're up against.
