PIAA bans "finger gun" celebrations for basketball

A new rule adopted by the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association would penalize players and coaches in basketball for celebrations that imitate a weapon. KDKA's Josh Taylor spoke with one coach who says the change is long overdue.
