Mayor Corey O'Connor outlines plans for Pittsburgh

In his inaugural address, Mayor Corey O'Connor promised to pull Pittsburgh out of financial troubles and turn the city around. KDKA-TV's Andy Sheehan spoke to him about his plans for Pittsburgh.
