Former Pittsburgh-area nurse pleads guilty to giving patients lethal doses of insulin

Heather Pressdee, the Pennsylvania nurse charged with killing multiple nursing home residents and trying to kill more than a dozen others, pleaded guilty in court Thursday morning.
