FBI: 18-year-old shot and killed in Aliquippa was armed

An FBI spokesperson tells KDKA-TV 18-year-old Kendric Curtis was armed when he was shot by an ATF agent on Thursday night. KDKA's Chilekasi Adele spoke with Curtis's family about the shooting.
