City Council removes loophole to prevent parking on sidewalks
A new piece of legislation out of the Pittsburgh City Council will remove a loophole that would allow more enforcement of drivers parking on city sidewalks. KDKA's Jessica Riley spoke with some residents of South Side Slopes about how this could affect their neighborhood.
