Recent rain showers have prompted another flood advisory for the Mon Wharf parking area.
Officials with the Pittsburgh Parking Authority say part of the Mon Wharf parking lot will be reopened to commuters on Monday morning now that a flood advisory has been lifted.

A Winter Storm Warning and a Flood Warning remain in effect all across the area this morning, causing issues for commuters and residents in low-lying areas.
Snow continues to fly across much of southwestern Pennsylvania today, although very lightly to the south and east of Pittsburgh. Most of the snow has been falling from Pittsburgh to the north and west.
Flood waters have forced the 10th Street Bypass to close. PennDOT shut down the area to traffic around 8:30 p.m. Thursday.
Western Pennsylvania will see snow before the week is out. That's on top of the expected flood waters.
There are fresh concerns today over the wet weather after more rain fell overnight, and now with the threat of snow moving into the area.
PennDOT closed the 10th Street Bypass Sunday night due to flooding. The road was reopened Tuesday morning after the river had receded.

Soaking rains turned to snow early Sunday and concerns over rising waters continue to grow across the area. Crews were bracing for more flooding Sunday night, while local residents were preparing for a longer commute to work Monday morning.
The month of March is living up to its billing as one of those peak flooding months and that means the National Weather Service is working overtime.
After dealing with flooding around the area earlier this week, more rain is coming over the weekend.
The Mon Wharf remains closed today due to flooding concerns. The Pittsburgh Parking Authority said heavy debris from flooding has been removed, but freezing temperatures have hampered efforts to remove the mud.
