Williamson & Thomas Discuss Film Fest, Steelers
PITTSBURGH (93-7 THE FAN) -- Actor and former pro football player Fred "The Hammer" Williamson and actress Jenn Thomas joined The Fan Morning Show Friday to discuss this weekend's Horror Film Festival.
The Hammer discusses his pro football career and how he came to play for the Steelers.
He talks about the early '60s Steelers and gives a few reasons why the team struggled. Fred also discusses why he jumped to the AFL and playing for Al Davis.
