DYBERRY TOWNSHIP, Pa. (KDKA) – The Wayne County Fair in Dyberry Township has kicked off in Northeastern Pennsylvania, but there's one young man's interview that is "apparently" stealing the fair's spotlight.
Noah Ritter from Wilkes-Barre is making national headlines after he stole the show during an interview with WNEP-TV.
