Two Charged After Incident At Local Restaurant
JEANNETTE (KDKA) - Two people are facing charges after they were caught having sex in a Westmoreland County restaurant.
Charles Brown III, 26, of Penn Hills, and Latasha Cottrell, 22, of Jeannette, were eating dinner at Ketter's Restaurant in Jeannette Saturday evening, when the alleged incident took place.
According to a criminal complaint, the couple was waiting for their food when Cotrell performed oral sex on Brown.
Cottrell left the restaurant after Brown passed out. Two waitresses called the owner of the restaurant, who then called police.
Brown was taken into custody and released on $7,500 bond.
Brown is also facing drug charges after he was discovered to have cocaine in his possession.
Ketter's Restaurant has been serving the people of Jeannette for 28 years.
The owner said they have never had a situation like this before and hope they will never have one again.
