PITTSBURGH (KDKA) - Two balconies collapsed onto an apartment building in Carrick.
The apartment building, located on Brownsville Road, had a blue "Condemned" sign and yellow caution tape blocking the rubble.
No details were given on what caused the collapse and no one was injured as a result of the accident.
