Ryan Clark Recaps The Record Setting Day For The Steelers
Pittsburgh Steelers safety Ryan Clark joined the Fan Morning Show live in the studio for his weekly interview. Clark first addressed the phantom helmet-to-helmet penalty he received. He thinks the officials are scared of the NFL coming down hard on them that they will throw the flag before a penalty happens.
Clark says they will either have to outlaw the whole Steelers defense or let them play football.
Clark addressed the franchise-record number of penalties the Steelers racked up against the Oakland Raiders.
Clark gives us an explanation why Richard Seymour was fined only $25,000. He has no problem with it, but finds the NFL a little hypocritical when they don't follow the fine scale they arbitrarily change for James Harrison.
Clark says he has never been around a better coach than Mike Tomlin and doesn't mind how he handles the privacy of his players with the media. Clark would rather have a coach that respects them off the field and that's what the other players in the locker room like about Tomlin.
Clark lets us know what his favorite Tomlinism is, and it is the one he gives the team each and every week.
