Program Offers Free Training To Police Officers For Safe Arrests

BRIDGEVILLE (KDKA) -- The Federal Law Enforcement Officers Association kicked off a free program on Saturday.
The program is aimed at teaching state and local law enforcement to make safer arrests.
The 1-11 Project also focuses on ways to increase relations between police and the community.
