On Wednesday, the Port Authority will hold its first meeting regarding a proposal to change bus and T fares.
The Post-Gazette reports Port Authority members will take comments from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. and then again from 3:30 p.m. until 6 p.m. Wednesday.
This will be happening at the William Penn Ballroom at the Omni William Penn Hotel.
The Port Authority wants to remove extra charges for multi-zone trips, and instead charged a flat fare of $2.50 for ConnectCard users and $2.75 for cash users.
