Elizabeth Police Investigating The Theft Of A Port-A-John
ELIZABETH BOROUGH (KDKA) - A theft in Elizabeth Borough is causing a stink among the local police.
According to the Elizabeth Borough Police Department, they are investigating the theft of a Port-a-John sometime between July 16 and July 17.
The theft occurred from the River Park Barge.
