Pittsburgh Weather: Rainy, Soggy Pattern To Linger Through Middle Of Next Week
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- A Wind Advisory is in effect until 2 a.m. Saturday for the Ridges of Westmoreland, the Ridges of Fayette, Preston, Garrett and Tucker Counties.
Here, wind gusts could top 50 mph. Wind gusts of that magnitude could bring down some trees and power lines.
While the winds will ease a bit, it will stay pretty gusty into the start of the weekend.
The showers that have nagged us will take a bit of a break to start the weekend.

Saturday comes with early sunshine for most spots -- not so much areas around I-80 -- but clouds will increase during the afternoon. This increase in clouds is ahead of the next round of rain. This will arrive late Saturday and wrap up early Sunday.
So, the weekend won't be a washout, but it won't be totally dry either.
Monday, temperatures start to rebound, and late Monday, we'll see another round of rain arrive. A soggy set up emerges in the forecast, after that. At least it will be warmer.
