Penn State Students Must Sign Coronavirus Waiver

STATE COLLEGE, Pa. (KDKA) -- Penn State is making students sign a waiver acknowledging the risk of returning to campus.
The "Penn State COVID-19 Compact" includes a list of requirements and guidelines for return and absolves the university of liability if a student gets sick, becomes disabled or dies due to the coronavirus pandemic.
