Penn State Professor Errol Henderson Accuses University Of Racial Discrimination In Federal Lawsuit
STATE COLLEGE (KDKA) -- A Penn State professor who is Black is accusing the university of racial discrimination.
In a federal lawsuit, Errol Henderson's attorney says Henderson was barred from teaching during the 2019-20 academic year and was banned from all department meetings and events for about two years.
He also claims his race was a factor in those decisions.
The university is not commenting.
