Pa. Senate bill would expand access to ready-to-drink cocktails
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) - A Pennsylvania Senate committee has moved forward with a bill that would allow businesses already selling beer and wine to sell canned cocktails.
It would apply to bars, restaurants, and other places.
Right now, because the alcohol in ready-to-drink beverages is liquor, they can only be sold in state stores.
