NBC NHL Analyst Eddie Olczyk Misses Hockey
PITTSBURGH (93-7 The Fan) - NBC NHL analyst Eddie Olczyk checks in with Vinnie & Cook on Sportsradio 93-7 The Fan on Thursday. Eddie was honored to be inducted into the U.S. Hockey Hall of Fame last month, but he wishes he had an NHL season to call right now.
Eddie has lived through lockouts as a player, coach, and a broadcaster, and he tells the impact that lockouts have on each of those groups.
He also tells us how a short season would be tough to pull off, and how a lost season could damage the sport.
