Man In Critical Condition After Being Shot On Penn Avenue

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) - Penn Avenue has reopened from 27th to 28th streets after a shooting.
A man was shot just after 9:00 p.m. in the 2700 block of Penn Avenue.
When officers arrived on the scene, they found a man with a gunshot wound to his head.
He is in a local hospital in critical condition.
Pittsburgh Police are investigating.
