Beaver County man who previously served time for child porn charges indicted again
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — A man who previously served time in federal prison on child porn charges has been indicted again.
Andrew Kincaid, of Baden, was allegedly in possession of illegal material on his computer.
In a 2009 child porn case, Kincaid pleaded guilty and was sentenced to three years in prison.
