LAWRENCE COUNTY (KDKA) -- Four people, including a 3-year-old child, were sent to the hospital after a crash in Lawrence County.

It happened in Mahoning Township on Wednesday morning near West State Street and Carbon Micco Road.

First responders took people to a trauma center in Youngstown and the other victims to UPMC Jameson in New Castle.

Police later said Shasta Sapp of Ohio was responsible for the crash after crashing into a vehicle that was stopped to allow an oversized load being transported by a tractor-trailer to enter the road.

Law enforcement said the crash killed Nancy Black of Pulaski, Pennsylvania.
