WESTMORELAND COUNTY (KDKA) -- Police in Westmoreland County are looking for a person who broke into a car.

The state police say the man in this photo tried breaking into a car on Stonehaven Drive at the Heather Ridge development in Hempfield Township.

They say he then moved onto East Glennis Drive and managed to break into a car there.

Police say the man has a large tattoo on his leg.
