Gibbons Doesn't Want Pirates Job
Post-Gazette.com is reporting that Kansas City Royals bench coach John Gibbons has removed his name from consideration for the Pirates' vacant manager position.
Gibbons was one of seven candidates the Pirates have interviewed. Eric Wedge, their first interview, agreed to become the manager of the Seattle Mariners.
