Former Pittsburgh finance officer accused of stealing
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) - A former City of Pittsburgh finance officer is being accused of stealing from the city.
According to investigators, Gregory Fleming altered two checks totaling more than $50,000.
Fleming then allegedly deposited those checks to a business that he owns and used the money to pay property taxes.
