Driver Charged With DUI For Causing Deadly Crash In Penn Hills

PENN HILLS, Pa. (KDKA) – Police filed charges against a man suspected of causing a deadly crash earlier this month.
They say Theamon Hicks was drunk when his truck crossed the center line of Frankstown Road in Penn Hills and collided head-on with an SUV.
Steven Prazenica was killed.
Police say Hicks later admitted to drinking tequila at a nearby bar.
